The Boundary produced a series of CGIs for the launch of The Residences and what is set to be The Mandarin Oriental's only North American flagship Hotel. The two towers will be home to a series of private residences, within a secluded island sanctuary only moments away from Miami's vibrant core.
The Residences will feature two impressive towers at the southernmost point of Brickell Key. The South Tower is set to stand at over 800 feet and offer 228 private homes, including duplex penthouses.
The Boundary visualised the exteriors of both towers alongside the interiors of the homes and the amenities on offer, highlighting the luxury living experience on offer.
The North Tower is destined to be the new flagship North American Mandarin Oriental Hotel, with 121 guest rooms, 66 private residences and 28 hotel Residences. Each residence has been designed down to the finest details, paired with an immersive resort lifestyle, future residents have an exclusive oasis of calm.
