Forma Towers

Paying homage to his home city, Forma is Frank Gehry’s first residential tower in Canada. With the two towers measuring at 298 and 262 metres high, it will be the tallest Gehry designed building worldwide.

The Boundary produced over 35 CGIs of the interiors and exteriors of both towers, with multiple Vignettes and Animations for the launch of the Forma Towers.

Playing with volume and angled positioning, the two towers have their own personality whilst also interacting with one another. Both built to mirror the traits of the city, the hope is for the buildings to represent the changes in the city whilst viewing the shifts between them for those moving around the city. Gehry himself has handcrafted hundreds of tiled maple leaves to attract sunlight and replicate the movement of Lake Ontario in the lobby of the tower.

From co-working spaces to game rooms, the Grand Suites of the Forma Towers serve as a luxury entertainment space for both intimate events and large celebrations for its residents.

The elevated lifestyle amenities including wellness spaces, gyms, saunas and entertainment lounges are for residents to enjoy whilst also being provided with comfortable spaces and an outdoor terrace to take in the Toronto city views.

Working with internationally recognised interior designers, Studio Paolo Ferrari have created the interior with earth toned panels and plushes finishes. Paired with Scandinavian furniture and inset lighting, for perfect balance in a busy city.
