The rare art of scagliola, known for its complexity, was among the materials examined in detail, ensuring that each and every visual created by The Boundary accurately reflects the authenticity of the textures and colours used.
Reimagined by design leaders RAMSA and Bensley, 1 Mayfair blends elegance with modern, contemporary living. Unprecedented in scale and grandeur, the residences are set to become a landmark building that honours the architectural heritage of its environment in West London while curating an elevated lifestyle.
