Victoria and Albert

Victoria & Albert is the latest oceanside mixed-use project comprising of two residential towers in the heart of Broadbeach. Iris Capital & Colliers briefed The Boundary to create an interactive solution to drive a 4m wide LED video wall display suite solution to market and sell the development.

An interactive exterior model with 3 apartment interiors were visualised with Realspace. The Boundary produced over 90 high-resolution interior CGIs, a series of animation and 3 mobile-friendly interactive, Virtual Tours.

The Albert Residences have been artfully composed to create a sanctuary to revel in with overlooking coastal views. The textures, tones and light have been carefully selected for a peaceful residence. With amenities such as a pool, spa, sauna, steam room, gym, yoga studio, library and the Albert Sky Lounge, it serves as the perfect place to unwind.

The second tower, Victoria Residences, has been designed to include large indoor and outdoor living spaces with unique materiality to pair with the breath-taking views. The open plan apartments allow for an abundance of natural light for the creation of a tranquil ambience. Premium amenities accompany the second tower with its stunning pools and the Victoria Sky Lounge offering a lounge and a private dining area.
