Olara
A sanctuary on the water, Olara is West Palm Beach’s latest residential oasis. Standing at 26 stories high, designed by the award-winning firm Arquitectonica with interiors by Gabellini Sheppard, Olara presents unmatched indoor and outdoor amenities across 80,000 square feet.
With a plethora of amenities on offer, The Boundary worked with developers Savanna to craft the set of visuals highlighting the spaces on offer to residents, creating a seamless living experience. The Boundary also created an immersive, interactive Virtual Tour to aid in the launch of the residence's off-plan sales, allowing residents to explore every aspect of the amenities, from inside to out.
Inspiration is drawn from the flow of the waters that surround Olara, floor-to-ceiling windows, and deep terraces, and each amenity is surrounded by an abundance of light and open space.
.An Olympic-size lap pool, restorative spa,indoor-outdoor fitness centre, and a waterfront leisure pool with private cabanas alongside steam and treatment rooms are some of the health and fitness facilities housed within the residences.
