Working with the Related Group for Waldorf Astoria Residences Pompano Beach, The Boundary produced over 20 CGIs alongside cinemagraphs for the tower's launch in Florida. Along the pristine shores of Pompano Beach, this will be the first stand-alone residential development from the Waldorf brand that aims to redefine coastal living and experiences.
The Boundary worked to bring to life the vision of Nichols Architects and KORA Architects, encapsulating the legacy and renowned brand of the Waldorf Astoria. The residence incorporates subtle tributes and features to its rich heritage, creating a space for luxury and grace while radiating the comfort of a home. It seamlessly integrates hospitality design principles into residential settings.
Gracing the 27th and 28th floor, the Waldorf Astoria penthouse hits the market as the most expensive listing in Pompano Beach, Florida, at $20 million. The unit will be the pinnacle of the residences, marking it as the luxury hotel chain’s first residences-only project.
Each penthouse offers sweeping 70-foot oceanfront vistas, complemented by expansive wraparound terraces that frame the Atlantic Ocean.
