Habitat Los Angeles
Located in the centre of Los Angeles, Habitat is an interconnected live-work-thrive campus with a sustainably designed footprint, presented by Lendlease. With 260 residential apartment units and a 6-story creative office building, Habitat aims to create a redefined workplace with a sustainable, nature-connected, transit-oriented ecosystem.
The Boundary produced a series of CGIs, a Film and the stacking plan of the latest LA development, highlighting a rare commercial leasing opportunity in the heart of a forward thinking ecosystem.
Habitat was designed with biophilic features in mind as part of its sustainability credentials. A blend of indoor and outdoor spaces that allow for embracing of LA’s year-round warm climate, whilst matching its surrounding landscape. Integrated parks, walking trails and garden terraces, Habitat creates a space that has been connected by nature. Paired with floor-to-ceiling windows, optimised views and private terraces, iconic LA views can be enjoyed all around, whether you're inside or out.
