Studio & HR Coordinator - London

Description

We are looking for an efficient and highly organised Studio and HR (Human Resources) Coordinator to undertake various administrative and operational duties.  This role is about ensuring the studio consistently runs smoothly on a daily basis. Working closely with HR and the management team.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of the studio, ensuring a well-organised and productive workspace
  • The first point of contact for internal teams and external clients, ensuring smooth communication and coordination
  • Organising meetings, calls and all internal and external communications on behalf of the studio
  • Support the leadership team with administrative tasks, such as preparing letters, presentations and report
  • Manage studio supplies, equipment, software licenses, and vendor relationships
  • Cultivate a positive studio culture by fostering collaboration, motivation, and professional development
  • Support the recruitment/hiring process by sourcing candidates, performing background checks, assisting in shortlisting, issuing employment contracts etc.
  • Working closely with the HR Director to produce and submit HR reports and assist on HR projects
  • Organising induction programmes for new employees
  • Implementing and maintaining all studio and HR procedures and policies, ensuring they are up to date
  • Booking and organising any transport, accommodation and travel needs
  • Organising internal company events
  • Maintain records of personnel-related data and ensure employment requirements are met
  • Support other functions as assigned

Requirements

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience in an administrative role
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices is beneficial
  • Ability to handle data with confidentiality
  • Strong ability in using MS Office and Google Suite
  • Experience with HR systems desired but not required
