The redevelopment of The Whiteley heralds the coming together of some of the most talented architects and developers of the moment to breathe radical new life into one of the capital’s overlooked architectural gems. Situated just a stone’s throw away from Hyde Park, in a district that is home to a vibrant, multi-faceted community.

At its heart will be 139 unique residences and the UK’s first Six Senses Hotel, a brand renowned for its dedication to wellness and sustainability, which will provide residents with exclusive spaces, services and experiences.

The Boundary has been awarded the title of Best Interior CGI Company for the United Kingdom at the UK Property Awards for its work on The Whiteley! This is the largest, most prestigious, and widely recognised programme throughout the region and globally. Fincahtton entrusted The Boundary with the opportunity to visualise a project as grand and significant as The Whiteley London.

Modelling and visualising the whole environment of the spaces has been a key part of launching and supporting the restoration of the mixed-use development.

Six Senses Hotel

The Six Senses believes that wellness is everything and anything. Residents and members can access a state-of-the-art gym, spa, sauna, and steam room paired with a large indoor pool.

The Boundary created a series of renders of the original 'Summer' and 'Winter' statues that flanked the main entrance of Whiteley's Department Store. Made using state of the art 3D scanning techniques, these renders were used in the printed sales brochure.

At £40 million, the Whiteley penthouse could set records as one of London's most expensive properties. It is also one of London's largest, spanning 4,620 square feet and offering breathtaking vistas in every direction.

The exceptional outdoor space will become a private sanctuary in the sky. With Juliette balconies enhancing the connection to the surrounding cityscape, the penthouse provides a sense of grandeur and luxury.

With calm and natural tones, The Boundary brought to life the penthouses through a series of interior and exterior images showcasing the expansive space and 360-city views on offer, alongside providing interior design direction.
