Akili Tower
Akili Tower is a 30 story mixed use tower in Upper Hill, Nairobi, Kenya designed by Richard Keep Architects with Henry Goss Architects. The proposed site in the prow of a hill overlooking Uhuru Park and the Central Business District. The shape of the tower is defined by its uses and needs.
Above ground car parking which forms six of the levels stands as a separation point between the lower three levels for retail and the levels above for offices, restaurants and residential homes. With a large, open terrace and gym amenities, residents have access to city views, with those in the top six floor penthouses gaining access to higher views.
